holy crap! Seriously?!?!?!?! I take 2 weeks off from the scale and then I step
on it today and what does it say? It says
the same damn number: 176.8!!!
ARRRRGGGGHHHH!!! Oh well, at least
I didn’t gain, right? That just probably
means that I did gain last week and/or the week before because I stuck to my
eating plans this week and burned over 3900 calories so far this week. I’ll just have to repeat what I did this week
next week and see what happens. I’m
really hoping to be at 173 or less by the 1st of June.
