Recently, when I look in the mirror, I’m not totally…well, disgusted
isn’t really the word anymore as I left
that behind when I got below 200…put off with my
reflection. I’m starting to really see a difference in how my stomach and hips are
shaped. They’re less lumpy
and more towards smooth in their appearance. When I look at
myself sideways, my stomach doesn’t hang over my
beltline anymore. Heck, it
barely “poofs” over the
beltline. My torso isn’t svelte yet, far from it, but it’s not so bad to
look at. I’m kind of
actually starting to like what I see in the mirror.
