I took some time last night to do up my workout/run schedule through the end of November since I've decided to scrap the run schedule I had made for October in favor of switching up my workouts and trying something new. The days listed as "OT @ work" I will be working a 16 hour double shift and therefore literally won't have time to exercise, so they work at my rest days for the week. on the 20th I have 11 miles listed with the note of "after ren fair?" I'm going to the ren fair that day and will be on my feet and walking around for the majority of the day, also we most likely won't get back until after dark, so, really, I probably won't do the 11 miles until the 21st, in conjunction with my upper body/abs gym workout.
