Well, I weighed
in today. I knew it wouldn’t be a big
loss kind of week because there was 2 days where I wouldn’t be working out at
all and there was one day where I would be splurging and eating a bunch of “bad”
food (fried chicken, pie, cake, mac n cheese, etc). But, I was *hoping* to see a ½ pound
loss. However, I was disappointed when I
stepped on the scale and saw the same number I’ve seen for a month now:
176.8. The good news is that I didn’t
gain. The great news is that I’m a pro
at maintaining a weight. The sorta bad
news is that I didn’t lose anything. I may
be disappointed, but I am not discouraged.
